Short description
Erlenmeyer flask are in a shape of a cone. They are narrower on top, then they are evenly spread towards the bottom part of the covering. In the middle of the covering, they have a discharging tube. On one of the objects there is the inscription: “Boral Pula 1000 vacuum tested”.

Original use
The described erlenmeyer flask served for performing various analysis in the laboratory of the Idrija Mercury Mine.
Present use
The described items (three in total) are being preserved, secured and presented as an important mining heritage of Idrija with exceptional universal values. They are a part of the mining collection of the Idrija Municipal Museum. They are located in the depot and can be used for temporary museum exhibitions. They can also be used for different types of mercury heritage promotions.
