It is agreed upon that Almadén is assigned the 001.xxx.Almadén code and Idrija the 002.xxx.Idrija code.

All data should be entered in lowercase letters except for the NAME (name of the item), which should always be written in capital letters.

All fields need to be filled in. If there is no applicable data, the phrase “no data”, “not known” or similar should be entered.
