Short description
A few metres from the entrance to the San Aquilino shaft on the first floor, there is a niche, located on a gallery wall measuring 1.75×0.90×0.50m, in the form of a niche with vaulted arches, and houses the Virgin or the corresponding saint. It is built in solid exposed brickwork and on a pedestal in the form of a square prism of the same construction.
