Description
Short description
"When the already consolidated marine sediments were folded in the Carboniferous period (about 330 million years ago), the strata were placed in a vertical position. For this reason, in the final phase of the exploitation of the mines, depths of up to 700 metres were reached.
The columns show volcanic tuff, roof slate and roof lava."
